is used strictly to help us improve this site for you, our customers and
friends! The information we collect is used to track and verify consumer
requests, improve the content of our web page, provide accountability, promote
artists, and to follow up on comments or suggestions. We do not sell, lease or share
our email lists, or list of any other individually identifiable information
to other parties obtained in any manner or from any purchases made
from our secure online purchase site. Your individual information
such as credit card numbers, email addresses, name, phone number and the
like is never sold or shared with other organizations. Persons who
supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact
from us regarding customer requested information. When you make a purchase
or fill out one of our questionnaires you will be added to our postal mailing
and email list unless you specify otherwise. Once you are placed on our
mailing lists you can request to be removed from either of our lists at
anytime by mail, telephone or emailing us and we will remove your name as
soon as possible. Due to existing technological limitations
and the legal and regulatory environment, however, the

When parents send in their children's art for display on the Artistic Forum's Kids' Art Corner we require the parents name, address or e-mail address. This information will not be used to add either the child or the parent to the newsletter or mailing database. Parents will only be contacted to verify their approval to display their child's work. If a parent wishes to receive our newsletter they must sign up separately by contacting us through e-mail, postal mail, phone, or through our newsletter signup form. We DO NOT display children's last names or gather or publish any personal information. No art, poems, stories, or web pages created by a child will be displayed or linked to without the prior consent of the parent! We ask parents read our requirements for sending in their children's art. We do not offer a children's newsletter. Winstanley-Roark Fine Arts/The Artistic Forum/Masterfulart Digital Postcards does collect and disclose aggregate user statistics.
